路沿石模具的技术水平

路沿石模具又称为路牙石模具,水泥制品模具的种类很多,随着科技的发展和国家对于水利事业的不断投入力度,路沿石的发展也有了一个新的方向。路沿石模具的好坏是根据制造模具技术水平的高低来评判的,那么它的技术水平是怎么体现的呢?

The quality of curbstone mold is judged according to the level of manufacturing mold technology, so how is its technical level reflected?

1、路沿石模具制造周期。模具制造周期反映了模具企业的生产技术水平和组织管理水平。在制造模具时,应设法缩短模具制造周期。目前,为了缩短模具制造周期,采用了计算机辅助设计模具的方法及数控机床加工技术。利用些种方法对各类模具进行设计与制造,可使模具制造周期缩短60%以上。
1. Mold manufacturing cycle. Mold manufacturing cycle reflects the level of production technology and organization management of mold enterprises. In the process of mold manufacturing, we should try to shorten the mold manufacturing cycle. At present, in order to shorten the mold manufacturing cycle, the method of computer-aided mold design and CNC machining technology are adopted. By using some methods to design and manufacture all kinds of moulds, the manufacturing cycle can be shortened by more than 60%.

        

2、路沿石模具使用寿命。提供模具使用寿命是一项综合性的技术问题。目前,除了努力研究和正确选用模具使用的钢材来提高模具使用寿命外,还应用在模具结构设计、制造工艺方法、调试设备、热处理工艺、模具使用时的润滑条件、冷却方式及应用设备的精度和维护保养、坯料状况等各方面加以改进和提高。
2. Die service life. It is a comprehensive technical problem to provide die service life. At present, in addition to the efforts to study and correctly select the steel used in the mold to improve the service life of the mold, it is also used in the mold structure design, manufacturing process, debugging equipment, heat treatment process, lubrication conditions, cooling mode, accuracy and maintenance of the application equipment, and blank condition.

3、路沿石模具的精度与刚度。模具精度可分为模具零件所需的精度(即成形凹模与凸模、型腔等的精度)和发挥模具整体效能所需的精度,如面的平行度、垂直度、定位及导向配合等精度。如加工精度受到加工方法、加工设备自身精度的限制。通常所讲的模具精度主要指成形的凹模、凸模及腔型尺寸精度。它包含静态和动态两方面的精度。
3. The precision and rigidity of the mould. The precision of die can be divided into the required precision of die parts (i.e. the accuracy of forming female die and punch, cavity, etc.) and the accuracy required for exerting the overall efficiency of the die, such as surface parallelism, perpendicularity, positioning and guiding fit. For example, the machining accuracy is limited by the processing method and the accuracy of the processing equipment itself. Generally speaking, the die precision mainly refers to the dimensional accuracy of the formed female die, punch and cavity. It includes both static and dynamic accuracy.
